Yes, we’re based in Sussex and happy to meet locally. Otherwise, we can run consultations by phone or video call.
Yes, 10% discounts are available for charities, education, health, and local businesses. Discounts also apply for multiple sites.

Subscriptions spread the cost monthly and include hosting, monitoring, and support. One-off projects are paid upfront, with optional hosting or care added separately.
It depends on the package:
- One Pager: up to 2 weeks
- Mini Site: up to 4 weeks
- Shop: up to 8 weeks
- Bespoke builds: 6–10 weeks
Timelines are often shorter if content is provided quickly.
Our subscription plans run on 18-month cycles. You can cancel early by buying out the remainder (similar to a mobile phone contract).
Because they cover much more than server space — design, support, monitoring, and even a revamp after 36 months.
Additional changes can be done at discounted hourly rates, or by adding a block of development hours.
